contacting aliens through meditation??

i feel very weird about people saying that you can contact ET's through being on another spiritual level as steven greer, the head of the disclosure project said and also what other people have mentioned. for some reason this seems like complete nonsense to me. for someone like him who i respect for all this type for work hes done with government witnesses then say something like that really just bugs me i mean is there any truth to this at all? imo i think that any contact with aliens at all would be from an alien abduction in the most likely case if that. im just looking on some clarity with these things or people who claim they have been contacted and told things and stuff

It helps for sure, If you are functioning from your waking Ego self only, The part of you that reads the paper, surfs the net Etc., You are not tapping into your higher self, the self that is pumping your heart, keeping your whole body functioning. Meditation or conscious breathing, you are then creating a bridge to your higher self by takinging over consciously a fuction that is usually taken care of by the higher self....Breathing

The Ego will filter out any data that does not fit into it's own belief system, ever thought that ET's might not be seperated in conscious the same way we are?

Perhaps by meditating, we start to use both sides of our brains, which is what happens and is a fact that is backed up by science. Perhaps then you can begin to percieve things that your EGO has kept hidden from you, perhaps on a unconscious Level

Perhaps they find you, your intent makes it so

Perhaps these beings have evolved out of this 3-D physical hologram, Perhaps they are free of our Space/Time, Distance then has no meaning.

ok i want to talk to an extraterrestrial , preferribly a grey. should i go in a corner and start meditating to contact them then? lol i mean honestly what do i do ?

If you don't know how to meditate, learn how, it's not hard. Then meditate often, not trying to contact anything, if you are trying to do something, you are not meditating, which is stilling the mind and internal dialog.

Then just in general, put the message out to the Universe that you would like to meet a Being from a higher level of consciousness.

Then during meditation some time, or even in your waking state when you have learned to still your mind while you are walking around open eyed, contact will happen.

im very skeptical of this and really doubt the amount of witnesses and accounts of this

yeahh i saw the news program and thought it was decent. i think that they shouldve spent more time on that belgum ufo footage that i had never even seen before with the triangle. they let u film them? tell them to come down to your backyard and smoke some weed with them if its true and take a video heh

Interesting thoughts. Meditation certainly helps when trying to get in touch with the collective stillness, or consciousness of life itself; of which any beings are a part of. "Aliens" or any advanced species will probably be more tapped into those wavelenghts and perhaps by this measure would be able to communicate with you, in some form.. I agree with the idea that "trying" to establish contact may be a road to nowhere. Inspired creativity of any kind, be it writing a great song or establishing an important dialogue with another, stems from that stillness or complete surrender.. no trying involved.. or you could always signal a ufo with a lighter, it worked for me.

I read something over at GLP today that I think is quite pertinent on this thread. It was about how television and video / YouTube etc has dumbed down society. Someone made a point that the introduction of language to humanity destroyed the gift of telepathy, and we have been down a slippery slope of progressively dumbing down ever since. Now, we are at the point where someone is scoffing at the mere thought of meditation, let alone the telepathic implications. We need to get back to our ancient roots. Everything is spoonfed to us - it's time for humanity to reawaken. I don't mean that in a new age hippy type way, I mean it's time we rediscovered and got back in touch with these very real possibilities.

I know Alien Agenda copped a lot of flak in his "proof positive alien comms" thread, but we all should try this. Expand our minds and our perceived limits.

haha well like i said if you can make them come into sight, why not just tell them to be seen in the middle of times square for 5 minutes then jet off like the ohare ufo sighting. if you could that would help with the disclosure man

even if he told them to ....they would not because mass hysteria will break out ....people who arent ready to know the truth will freak out and false truth's will come out about why they're here.

they will show themselves worldwide when they think we are ready for them

untill then...only a fair few of us can have the privilege of comunicating with them.

ok so by the time we are ready then what? the government will have what 100, 200 years experience with alien technology and ETs? all it will take would be a snap of the fingers in order for the people who want control to get it

I'm curious about why you would prefer contact with a grey. There is some controversial ideas regarding that particular reference of extraterrestrial species. Is there something inticing about them verses the other possible life forms that are possible?

What about being in a corner would make you feel more likely to make contact?

Yes. He did catch a lot of flak from SEVERAL of his threads in which he claims you can contact ET via meditation, using sound wavs. . etc. Search for them, and you will find.

I had some VERY interesting things happen to me with his four color technique, and you can see my progression from believer to skeptic in the "proof positive" thread. I believe its more self hypnosis than anything. However it did open my mind in ways that I didnt expect. . so there is something to it. What exactly that IS is up for debate.

BTW. . . ALIEN AGENDA. . .where is your promised journal of what they have "taught you"? (he promised this early on in his thread and never followed through with it. . .now he has disappeard. Makes you wonder).

interestedalways, it was kind of a joke as in saying that anyone can just contact an alien by meditating like that and seems ridiculous as to actual verified claims. if it is that easy then who wouldnt do it, and i mean if i was like yeah meet me in the middle of nowhere i could have contact with an ET no problem. the credibility of this claim is very weak in my opinion. and as for why would i want to contact a grey its because im used to seeing their photos area 51 interview (if thats real) and id know what to expect. im sure if i saw an alien that looed like chewbacca id probably run the other way haha

The interesting thing for me is that I had no real expectation when I practiced the meditation suggested by AA on his infamous thread, but the thing is, like Among Us shared, with me something DID happen. Maybe the electronic impulse my brain emitted by the excersise allowed me to access some other "consciousness" by frequency matching or something, who knows?

I would chalk it up to self hypnosis except for the physical manifestations I experienced. After the original happenings I am sure some of the after effect like the pressure changes in the ear/head kind of things could have been self hypnosis, but I didn't cause my arm to bleed and I didn't create the strange "scoop mark" and accompanying bruised area I woke up with during the time I was messing around with the thread and it's content.

I have backed away from the arena as I don't have enough information to allow me to decide if it is good or bad for me.

I hope your adventure or exploration brings you pleasant and wanted learning.

I gave it ago and although being a skeptic I am open minded enough to give stuff a go at least once. It did send me into a very deep meditative state which I felt I needed his voice to a certain degree to come out of (very relaxing .

In relation to meeting my ET it was a failure - foremost because I felt I would not let an entity so to speak enter my 'private space'. If you are willing who knows what would happen? If you are open minded enough to do this maybe you could meet your ET guide (like a spirit guide??). SpiritConnections seems genuine and well spoken so I didn't hesitate to try the mp3. I only listened to it once, maybe you may get more benefit perhaps?

Currently I'm on the stance that if you do meet your 'guide' it's all in your mind bought on by self hypnosis in a meditative, suggestive state.

But I could be wrong.
