My parents bought me another nano, but for some reason, when the battery gets to like half-way, it shuts off, and it says its out of battery.....It wont even get to the read, just stops at the middle.....anyone know of this problem?

I haven't heard of this problem. If you have an Apple store near where you live, you might try taking it there.
