Alien Agenda was RIGHT!... about something

please post a link to the methods of meditation.especially the four colour one.
I have mentioned this in another thread, but Wilber Smith canadian govt ufo researcher of the fifties,maintained he was in telepathic communication with an alien entity who was aboard a space ship.
The being was named AFFA,and he was guiding Smith in scientific research by telepathic converstaion.
Mr Smith was a very highly placed DOT radio engineer,and did try to produce some form of energy from the earths magnetic or gravity....
He was very up front about this link with affa and even described how it was set up in the first place.
This is sober reporting by a very respected and high up the ladder scientist of his day.He akso was head of canadas UFO investigatons of the period.
I include this data because it affirmes telepathic communications are possible between our species and that we can initiate them from this end too.
has anyone more info on this subject besides the ones who failed to reproduce the desired results?
Are there perhaps a few who have had results but not reported them for whatever reasons?

Ok, so I did this using technique 1. I've noticed nicotine and coffee can raise my vibrational levels (if this is the real term). Redbull works wonders.

What I find very interesting is we have a massive foundation going on here at ATS. If you notice, AA, sleeper, and spiritconnections are all saying a smiliar thing but with different words- but they all fit together.

Me, you could say I fit in, but i'm more of a rook- and my message is more advanced but more simple (lol).

Keep in mind I never used to buy into meditation until I did this exercise.

Last night, I visualized that beacon or craft or design (I have no real idea what it is) and had a very weird occurance. I know RV works, but I thought it was where your soul jumps out of your body and you go exploring. Maybe... but my experience was different.

I don't claim to be spiritually advanced or with "special powers"- i'm just like the next guy. What was interesting is last night before bed I started seeing what it must look like for someome with nearsightedness without glasses to look upon an object... only I saw the stars. I could look around slightly, but it wasn't a very impressive experience- but that's just because of me. I saw two crafts flying by with this kiddie-RV, and both were black and cigar shaped. I became a little overwhelmed. Keep in mind I have a lot of friends that are soldiers; I don't get overwhelmed easily with intimidation-- but this one made me cautious.

They were huge as well-- much bigger than the abduction craft I saw when I was a kid. I'm talking like 600-800m long?

If you all want pictures of the crafts I saw last night in this kiddie-RV (I say kiddie because my awareness was terrible this time, and I believe RV to be an out of body experience... something I did not have-- it was like a window). And if someone is taking notes, the vision was only with my eyes closed and only after "adjusting" if you will, to the vibration or frequency or whatever-- but it's more of a soul exericise than anything.

Foofstarr I would be careful calling someone a fraud. Maybe the tech. didn't work for you. If other people said they felt it was working for them, so be it.

Hey AllMan - - joining your thread. Done with the other one - said all I had to say.

I don't do anything - meditation - vibration exercise - etc. - never even tried to. Just know weird stuff has been going on since I was a kid.

I always attributed waking up not being able to move to Sleep Paralysis and the feeling of being watched through my bedroom window - to the Hibiscus tree outside.

I was a weird kid - kind of a loner. Spent much of my youth sitting on roof tops or in trees because I wanted to be Up - above the ground. And I'm a girl. Sometimes I would actually float - standing straight up - about a foot off the ground - - very weird experience.

Who really knows what's goin' on. I guess until I actually see something tangible - or have a direct conversation with a Higher Being - - - I'll just have to remain a believer with no real evidence.

Hey Allman - - OK - so I had to check out the video.

I may be ancient in earth years - but I love Ambient/Electronica - - and Euro is kind of along those lines.

That is the Kewlist video I have seen in a long time. Although I still love ZZ Tops Afterburner.

Haha I used to rock out to ZZ top when I was a little kid-- we even used one of their songs at this birthday party when I was like 6... we all went to this place where they put you in front of fake instruments in a green room and record and superimpose images lol.

I LOVE AMBIENT/TECHNO!! Practically all I listen to. I like Daft Punk, Ferry Corsten, Signal Runners, The Prodigy, Mike Foyle, Oakenfold's old stuff, and Stardust. I love eurodance music also.

The past year i've also listened to a lot of Rammstein and am a Rammstein nut now after my friend converted me lol-- he graced ATS a while ago lol.

Anyway you said as a kid you used to just enjoy existance on top of the roof-- that's awesome. You said you had the ability to exteriorize yourself outside your body, do you still have this ability?

Will check all those out. Don't know what industrial is - - LOL - - don't know what much is labled - - or who the artists are - - only know what I like.

My youngest daughter works in Hollywood and her ex-sperm donor owns a company that makes music videos. I'll have to ask her about some that you mentioned. She said Marilyn Manson is very intelligent - articulate - and totally enjoyed speaking with him. Anyway - she may have some on her I-Tunes. She has very eclectic taste in music - everything from Robert Johnson - Johnny Cash - Berlin - to who ever is happening now.

Hubby is considerably younger then me and stuck in the 80s. Good music - but I have to have new stuff - he's like the little kid that has to have the same book read over and over and over when it comes to music. I'm burned out.

I occasionally pop out of my body - but I don't travel. On one of my adventures when I was only about 4 - a very tall man - in a white robe appeared and basically grounded me. He told me I had a job to do and I had to stay on earth. I did not want to go back. This was a very Real experience - it was no dream.

I was a very strange kid - almost like Autistic. I have always felt like my "spirit" is separate from physical. I always feel like I am looking through a mask. So I think in terms of intelligent energy that creates physical.

I know its weird.

I assume you are asking what I mean by "catching it" meaning the blue orb with the bright white light"? Otherwise I dont know what you mean by "catching in".

What I mean is that when it happened, I was asking to be helped to see the blue orb. I asked to be helped like AA told me to, so I can be shown the orb and hopefully our alien friends. I asked over and over for help and nothing. I then said that a helper by the name of alien agenda told me to ask, and immediately I heard a voice that sounded like it was a foot from my ear say "ask the deciever". It was strange, and have no idea what it was referring to. . but thought it might have meant for me to watch out for AA. It was in my dream state, or meditation state while focusing on the color pattern.

It really freaked me out to hear a voice so close to my head. I stopped doing the method for two weeks because of it. I have not determined what it was, but had done some self experiments that lead me to believe. . without a doubt. . that what I experienced was self hypnosis.

AA's methods are flawed. . . . and what he proposes is fradulant.

It did however open my mind to its true power. . . which I thank him for.

Apparently so. . there is some suspicion that he is here under a different screen name though.

We are all still waiting for his so called alien manifest, where he claims that he is going to unveil what "they" have taught him.

That was over two months ago though.

Every day that goes by that we dont hear from him only digs himself deeper in suspicion.

AA. . I know you are watching. Please post what you promised.

Did he have anything to gain other than helping others by posting on ATS? Was he a writer, researcher, or have any control over anything he supplied? I'd be interested to know.

Unless he got banned; he either gave up, got sick of posting on ATS to the constant ridicule, changed his strategy, or got what he wanted and left... or another variable.

I hope he comes back-- I want him to address this post.

Well I thought I'd give it a go and had some interesting results.

Adapting the method, I would repeat to myself the colour sequence while inhaling with my eyes closed. Initially not a lot occured, however after approximately 10 minutes I began to witness 'flashes' within my mind.

Firstly an alien face appeared. It was grey in nature and only appeared in my mind for a few seconds. Continuing onwards and a sihilouette of a figure appeared and got progressively closer. It looked human in form apart from a set of elongated fingers.

Afterwards I began to feel drowsy and calmly brought myself to.

I didn't approach the technique with imagery of ET within my mind however these thoughts eventually appeared. While I still believe this is more meditation then genuine contact I will continue to pursue its purpose.

The dark figure is of most interest to me as I've had a number of 'contacts' with an entity I'm unable to comprehend both in my dreams and 'reality'

The avatars just a montage of some of the things I enjoy and relish in life, I guess its meant to perplex you!

I'm not sure on the technique either, whether I'm harnasing good or evil spirits, or just simply looking within.

Eitherway I've definetly had some results and certainly pictured an alien grey head.
