I have heard (god knows where) that dreaming about "teeth problems" means that one might have underlying health issues. That is, there is a
potentially serious health problem. Perhaps it's the body's way of letting someone know that they need to take better care of themselves?
We are all stressed to the max theses days with school, work and family issues, it is easy to let one's body "run down". We certainly don't eat
as well as we could and many folks are over-tired. Perhaps it is a "wake up" call to eat better and to take the time to actually get some
restorative sleep.
In my teens, I had a period of dreams where I saw my own teeth falling out. I went to the doctor (on an unrelated issue) and I discovered that I was
iron-deficient. After taking some iron tablets and some additional vitamins (particularly Vitamin C and B) the dreams went away and, frankly, I felt
much better. Since then, I have watched my diet and I have tried to maintain my personal sleep hygiene.
Regardless, I always take dreams seriously -- especially one's that seem to leave a rather unsettling feeling upon wakening.
