lol, I used that argument in the titor thread, and I got the lame mutliverse answer. If you try to pin these guys down, they always resort to answering a question with a question, changing the subject, or claiming physics is different or whatever.

My friend does not at the moment have access to time travel technology.

Although, he has seen events come to pass (in his mind, this year, although at the latest it could be 2008/2009) whereby his future self comes back to meet him and "hooks him up" with access.

So asking to see this technology is pointless. That he is currently aware of, he has not traveled to our time from another time - he was born just like everyone else.

But his experiences, including his abduction experience, have shown him that he is currently time traveling as his future and younger self, and that he will come to visit himself in the next 12-36 months.

He says he has traveled into the future, past and other planets, and that clear memories of all of these travels began to emerge in 1997, five years after a six day abduction experience.

So, there you go. Wanted to get that out, so people knew who they were talking to. If I'm missing pertinent information please let me know.

OK, also, he jokes a lot (not about this) and he's very forthright, so please keep an open mind and know that he has no intention of being rude, or being condescending.

Thank you to everyone I see who's posted so far. He gave me a short answer to Spiderj's questions.

keep 'em coming!! I talked to him and he's game...

WTF ?

oh well, I'm bummmed I wasted my time on this thread. I thought it would be fun to match wits with someone claiming to be a time traveller, and I get an abduction story mingled with gobbeldy gook ?

bummer

Why should you take my word or believe what reality has demonstrated?

The only reason for not taking my word may be due to my word being held up against your basis for comparison. And, your basis for comparison when jusdging my word is everything you know about yourself and your own intentionality. Perhaps my intentionality is not a byproduct of the selfishness gene, the seemingly prime cellular command of "self before i serve anything or anyone" , aka: "self pre-serve".

In order to "volunteer", a prerequisite might be having to override or dump that genetic command of selfishness before all else. For surely if time travel is possible there are forces that would work to deny the selfish from altering time, because their intentions for doing so would be self serving before any other purpose.

You said:

"... why should I take your word for it or believe what has been demonstrated?"

Why doubt my word when it is consistant with what everything in reality says? I says time is without end and without beginning because everything in reality demonstrates it as such. I say our perception of time with regards to it being linear is a conditioned belief which is inconsistant with what reality says time is.

Time is not linear. The only variable in the entire equasion that says time is linear is the opinion of the individual. Enough individuals believe time is linear, and others will follow suite out of wanting to belong and be accepted into the norm, and conform to a reality that is missinterpretted.

Sun (used to measure years and days) = Round
Moon (used to measure months and nights) = Round
Earth & Earth's rotation (used to measure days and seasons) = Round
Planets' orbits (used to measure years) = Round
Galaxies' spirals = Round
Black holes = Round
What we percieve as matter Neutron, electron, and proton and their orbits are also a determining factor when we judge time. and they are = Round
And Yes, The LIGHT which plays a pivotal role in defining what time is can be broken down through a prism, or a rainbow. And a rainbow which is what light is when broken down into it's parts is also round. The only reason it is a bow is due to the earth's obstruction as viewed from the ground.
Light = Round.

Even the senses we use to observe the effects of time: Eyeballs, pupils, iris, nostrils, ear holes ..... Round.

You said:

"... why should I take your word for it or believe what has been demonstrated?"

Everything used as a basis for reference when judging what time is is based upon Round/Circular. The only variable in the equasion that tells us time is linear is ... our opinions.

So in order for our opinions to be correct concerning time being linear, everything in reality would have to be wrong.

The clock on the wall? Round.

not to bring religion in, but where is the reality the bibles speak of?

Everywhere. But, in order to observe the real reality, one has to get over their dysfunctional linear opinion. There is no forwards or backwards in time.

Time is not equal to = ______________ (**unless you choose it to be)
Time is equal to = O (round)

Welcome to "The Loop".

"... why should I take your word for it or believe what has been demonstrated?"

Free Will exists. You are not required to take my word for it. But, in order to prove my word wrong, there are some aspects of reality that you would have to prove wrong as well, such as suns, moons, planets, orbits, galaxies, black holes, matter, light, ect.......

2) I dont think the world is right still, there are still controllers and wanna-be controllers walking around trying to steer the heards of people in the direction they think it should go.

When discussing time there is no direction. either path of travel loops around, unless reality is mistaken. But if Einstein and many others are correct, and consciousness cannot cease to exist, nor can energy....

if the singularity were conscious ....

be knot a frayed.

syrinx high priest,
first off I could care less if you believe me and that goes for anyone else.
second, I dont know how there could be the same person twice, the real mind blower is when there are way more than 2 at once but I dont know the science of it and frankly dont care, I believe it works and if you do not, well sorry.

if you feel you wasted your time on this thread then move on to the next thread and quit clogging up my thread with your negativity.

Esoteric Teacher,
now your just confusing me, stop trying to play jedi mind tricks on me!!!!
I question everything, I kind of get the "round" thing becuase the time portal is a perfect circle indeed as well as all you described.

but the rest of your battle of intelect isnt going to phase me.

hitlers bunkers were raided and looted, now I think black ops is down there and the guy who took over his body went to inner earth to hide, wont be long until he comes back out.

jesus, will be here (second coming) within the next couple of years at the concert, the clearest memory of jesus at the concert is watching him watch the band slayer, nobody is crowding him when he is back stage, then he meets and greets just about every person at the concert along with other similar figures like prohpet mohammed and buddha.

1)elvis will be performing at the concert indeed as I said in my book. dont think he ever died. dont know about the ET thing, could be I guess.
2)JFK was convinced to disclose the truth and the blockers/controllers stepped in, same thing with abe lincoln and both will also be at the concert.
3)duty is to defend the good of earth human kind which to me, at this point, earth humans are a one of a kind mixed bag of nuts.

to be breif with your rights, it is your right to decline any mission proposed to you and walk away at any time as a volunteer and come back if you want to as well, but the door is not revolving, there is always a chance of rejection based on past, present or future knowledge.

Are you kidding me? Shows up conveniently in the heels of another hoaxer and has a cute little time portal image as an avatar?

Not only that, the poster uses the insults of a 12-year old and science fiction that isn't even on par with a comic book.

Never fear though. I have cleansed the time stream once again. Of course...he knew it was coming, right?

Time and place would be better.

I could ask Maxwell a few things about his equations.

I could see Tesla show off his million volt lightning display.

I could see if Hitler died or got wisked away in a saucer.

I could see if WWII submarines had Dort electrical engines.

I could see if Rommel had a Neutron bomb tested in Africa.

Even a movie according to the real events would be nice, no
dis informational documentary please cause these things
never happened.

timedrifter only posted a jesting response - the one you quoted - on page 11.

timedrifter responded to syrinx high priest's post:

this thread should be moved to the collaborative writing forum.
Unless, TD is willing to give us the location and instructions for using a portal, so his claims can be verified

timedrifter responded on page 11 to that post with a facetious response:

hey!, no fair!
maybe your account should be moved over to the "who cares what this person says" section!

He was joking. timedrifter's post was already in the "Skunk Works" section, which indicates it is a speculative post/thread.

This is ATS's site, but I just wanted to say I didn't see a pattern of personal attacks, insults, or abuse on timedrifter's behalf.

And unlike the previous poster (the "time traveler" from 2046 who was banned), who may or may not have posted in response to timedrifter's posts, timedrifter is sincere and is developing a list of credible, verifiable incidents with my help.

Hope you will consider giving him a second chance. I would be happy to send you more info on timedrifter. He is sincere and not a hoaxer.

If you decide not to, I can only defer to the admins.

He was banned for being a hoaxer, not an insulter.

If he was not a hoaxer, then he would have known this would happen. I'm suprised he didn't predict it. Paradox, right?

We ban hoaxers and letting one remain while others are banned would be playing favorites. It might have been Skunk Works, but the intent was to make people believe he was a time traveller.

ZeddicusZulZorander, I'm only responding in fairness to timedrifter.

He does not have a time machine, and he cannot travel time at the moment. However, he does have a true story of an abduction that includes very extensive time travel experiences.

He has a very credible story, and he was posting here long before Anthony2046 began posting.

Timedrifter has been posting for a while and has a story, witnesses and physical evidence (an abduction remnant, which admittedly he has lost) to back up his posts.

Anthony2046 had nothing. Timedrifter has a lifetime of verifiable, credible encounters, as well as an adbuction experience with physical evidence and witnesses.

This and more is detailed at his website, which I will refrain from offering in observance of the Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to ban whoever you want from your site. I just wanted to say that timedrifter's claims are far out, but he is being honest and sincere, and he is in the process - with my help - of gathering proof of his claims.

Posting that you had an ET abduction experience, or a time traveling experience is no different. Banning someone who claims something, without immediate proof, that you find unbelievable is cherry picking.

I hope you would offer him a second chance.

Well, dispite claims of Admin impunity...let me state that I believe due to your last post that I misunderstood the overall situation.

I had read some posts and believed timedrifter's overall claims to be different then you're explaining now. Since that is the case (and since I've always been a stand up person in admitting fault) I detract what I said, I apologize to timedrifter, the members, and I will lift the ban.

I was actually not "cherry picking" even though it may seem that way. It was just a misunderstanding on my part. I will leave you on your quest to gather "proof."

Your posts were perfect reasonable discussion in explaining matters and perhaps this will even be a lesson for some who claim many horrible things about staff members here at ATS. We're human and mistakes happen. Taking responsibility for one's actions is what's important.

Thank you so much!!

I sincerely respect you reconsidering!! We are indeed gathering proof, compiling witness accounts, and all of his experiences to support his claims.

I don't know what to say. I am elated to see that admins can make retractions. I sincerely appreciate that and I thank you on timedrifter's behalf.

When we have something significant, something that can be posted here within the Terms & Conditions (i.e., not just offering a website), we will post this information.

I am convinced, for the most part, of timedrifter's claims, and in his sincerity. ATS is a place we were both drawn to and a place we want to celebrate the coming to pass of things he has foreseen, as well as a place to proffer evidence, etc.

So thank you very much for your sentiments! You have to deal with some people who are often a little too paranoid, but I've seen moderators and admins excercise fair and clear judgment, for the most part, on these boards.

Y'all rock!! Thanks again, peace, and stay tuned...tick tock...

At the point that I felt there was something to timedrifter's story, and after I posted a couple of discussion threads for timedrifter on the topic, to get people's thoughts, I thought it would be fun and constructive to add this thread.

I started this thread, "If you could ask a time traveler a question what would you ask?", on my own, because timedrifter did have experiences traveling to our past and future, he claims, and I wanted to post both a potentially intriguing post, but also use it as a way to jog his memory and get more from him.

He was reluctant at first to answer questions, and I may have gotten ahead of myself in titling this thread, but if you understand his story you'll see that he did have time traveling experiences (proof forthcoming).

Not only that, he feels that his story will be proven real either this year or next - it could actually be sooner. He remembers the major points, but we may see strong confirmation experiences before the larger events that he sees coming to pass.

He's not making stuff up. Admittedly, his responses are mixes of opinion and speculation, but also more importantly, much of his responses come from what he considers "memories of experiences" that he's had. All of the time traveling experiences he recalls originate from an abduction experience he had in 1992 when he was 18 years old.

He is careful to make sure he's not misleading anyone, and suggests that people think for themselves. It's not his intention to make a grab for attention. He is excited for what he sees coming to pass, and is contemptuous of those he sees as being the minority in power right now who are misleading, exploiting and lying to the majority on this planet. He's got big ideas. I agree with his philosophies and that is one reason we hit it off.

Aside from these "traveling" experiences, he has had numerous experiences throughout his life where he, his friends, parents, coworkers and strangers were approached by someone who looks just like him, either and older or younger version of him depending on his age at the time of the visit, who claimed to "be him from the future" (or past).

I have asked him point blank what his parents thought of these experiences. He said his parents acknowledge some if not all of these experiences, most of which occurred when timedrifter was much younger, and their responses are a mix of disbelief, confusion, or are just plain dissipated with time.

One would think that if something like this happened to them, or their family, it would be unforgettable. But if you have someone walk up to you who looks like an older version of your son (let's say timedrifter was 6 years old during one incident and the person visiting was in his 20's or 30's), and who claims to be your son from the future, how would you honestly respond to that?

Talking with timedrifter for almost four months now, his telling of these events actually rings very true with me. If you were to stand in front of someone who says they're a time traveler how would you respond? An bear in mind, these are his parents back in the early-to-mid 1970's being confronted by this person...

There is much, much more, and his story is real time. As of today, Thursday, February 22, 2007, he has had two recent ufo sightings. And in our efforts to compile witnesses and back his claims, he has recently spoken with childhood friends and has confirmed many experiences.

As well, he has had conversations with two other abductees with credible stories who have confirmed experiencing, or seeing things that timedrifter sees as coming to pass.

He is literally waiting for a phone call from who he considers to be himself from the future. Odd? Maybe. But I believe his claims, and I am not only intrigued, but I'm surprised almost everyday at the revelations we are now making together (I mean, we're not "together", but you know what I mean LOL)...

So no, he's not a guy from the year 3050 in a silver space suit with a time machine with flashing lights. He just happens to be a guy with a much more different, and oddly plausible story of time travel that now ATS is a primary part of...ATS will play a big part in this story if things happen the way timedrifter, and those who have confirmed some of these things come to pass...tick tock...

Did anyone catch this one. Must have been in another timeline???

You can ask my friend....I predicted the Colts at the start of the playoffs. That was common sense and the fact that they were due, much like the Red Sox....I was a bit worried at first on both accounts. PS....my friend is a NYY fan and I gladly took the $5.

To the mods....Thanks...I am glad you changed your minds on this one. I am not a time traveller, but I have been given counsell on the bulk of what is being brought up here.

I came here looking for anyone who would say things like what I have been told. This is it and there was a lot of things that made me really scratch my head trying to believe what was happening to me. I still have a lot of questions about what went on, but so far the information has proven to be true.
