Either a loose wire, bad ground, or worst case the electronics behind the gauge panel is defective and the whole cluster will have to be replaced.
I'd recomend taking it to a dealer or a well known electrical shop. Having someone inexperienced can end up screwing you royally.
check all of the connections to the dash. im sure theres some connection or wire or plug connection from the battery. if you can you can go to a shop
and get them to see wats wrong through your ecu
