Adam and Eve Conspiracy

One question I have always wondered is that if God created Adam and Eve
as the perfect "humans" surely then through the amount of inbreeding, coming from their offspring over the first years of populating the Earth, how far are we from His vision of how we should look?
Maybe Adam and Eve only originally had on leg and one arm and through mutation grew extra apendages etc.

Another suggestion would be that "HE" (or "SHE") made us in a mould where we would evolve into a more godlike image over the milleniums through adaptation, perhaps even through stem cell research etc, until we reached the point of genetic and intellectual perfection.
At this point this would trigger an awakening which would allow us to actually "see" God..
This would give "Extreme Makeover" a run for its money on Cable.

I beleive we are already perfect. But we are restricted for some reason to our full capabilities.
Why is it we can only use a small percentage of our brains pontential?

We're not so perfect, since we have an appendix that serves no useful purpose. And also have a tailbone..the vesitige of a tail.

I guess the Big Guy isn't so perfect, IMO. Or something else happened.
