not sure where this should go.... about HAARP

Again, I'm new to the whole posting thing, so please bear with me, as I've only had limited time on the site. My recent 'discovery' or something that peaked my interest is related to HAARP. I'm a student, and a very intrigued mind, and must say that before I visited the site, i didn't know what it was. Well, now I have done some research, and have a question or maybe just an observation. On google earth, I decided to put punch the coordinates to about where HAARP is located. well...the landscape surrounding the site (trees rivers even small sheds) is clearly visible. However, there is a patch where is goes completly pixilated, you cannot decipher it at all. I am wondering if anyone else has seen this and wonders about it, or if it is similar with other govermental 'programs' (area 51 etc) I haven't had a chance to look extensively. thanks!

haarp is considered a weapon so id put it in the weapons forum....

but the thing is there already are about a dozen threads on the haarp.
