ATS chat annoyance

This is probably just a glitch of some sort, and I am wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Whenever I try to access the chat from BTS (which I am usualy on instead of ATS) I get this error message

Not Found

The requested URL /newchat8/index.php was not found on this server.

I dont know if anyone else has this problem or if its just me, but it has been happening for as long as I have been able to access the chat and its really starting to get annoying, any idea why this is happening?

That has been an issue for quite some time. You can only access chat from the ATS domain. For a very long time I never bothered to enter chat because I had always received that error message. Then with some informative advice, I was told to try to access from ATS.

Not much of an issue, just an extra click from time to time to jump in Chat.

Ah alright, I looked around and couldnt find any information about it, so I just figured it was a glitch or something, didnt realize thats its been an long time thing.

I miss the old chat. The new one doesn't give us enough info like who is typing and who is sleeping (idle). I hate not knowing who is awake because you never know if you are talking to a live person or a cyber sleeper.

Old Chat certainly had it's perks. But I like this Chat just as much I would say.

I definitely see why someone would openly prefer the older version though.
