Yes it is water under a UFO... I just wanted to let others know that making a post just dedicated to Drafting new members was starting to irratate some people. I'm sure when the new SETI forum opens up, Yourself and S.O. (could)(would) put some sort of INFO on the team.

ATS SETI@home team stats board now states:

76 919 WU's, 247 members in 90.990 CPU yrs, at Thu Feb 12 21:23:05 2004 GMT

Spectre (6153 WU's) now in second place, having overhaule Sinchron (6014 WU's) in the process. Bob88 (6471 WU's) now *very* precariously placed.

Tonights the night. I've already broken 6400wu and the suite is running full tilt. Tomorrow I try to add 6 more 2GHz machines each running 2 command-line SETI processes. Also replaced some sub-1GHx machines with 1.8 GHz Pentium 4Ms. I wish they would buy me some 64bit machine to tinker with!

That should put we well over 100 wu/24 hours. Do I get s sticker or T-shirt for being the top SETI geek?

I'll say it again - SETI helps keep me motivated. Thanks for the tean support everyone.

I'm actively (and perversely) watching Spectre's WU increase and he was one WU behind Bob88 about 5 minutes ago, so guess the next board update will confirm number 1 place to him!!

I'm looking at Spectre's profile from the board - it's not that I'm psychic!!

Bob doesn't have a profile (on the board) so I have no idea of the current state of play but merely report that as of *then* both he and Spectre's WU's totals were tied...

We wait for "breaking news" from ATSNN at any time!!
