Its your/our money, and to dismiss the fact that trillions is unaccounted for seems dubious.

That video is exactly what proves you wrong. They are talking about it being unaccounted for. The entire yearly budget is around $300 million dollars. So 2.3 trillion is a bout 6 years worth of defense budget. How did they just lose 6 years of defense budget and manage to pay everyone? Please since I am so uneducated, PLEASE PLEASE explain this to me.

And next you claim that I said the trillians weren't unaccounted for. Did you even read any of my posts at all????????????? I think it's time to rethink the education part.

You make it sound like that popped up for the first time on September 10th, but that's misleading. Rumsfeld and others had mentioned this before then, going back months. So:

How convenient that money that 'is not lost' is being accounted for by a man with not only the motive but the means to manipulate the system to further his agenda.

Israel offers citizenship to anyone Jewish. That doesn't make them Israeli or that they have allegiance to Israel more than the US. It's simply an honorary symbol. Most Jews have dual-citizenship and it's kind of their way of paying respect to their homeland. There is nothing sinister about it.

Nor is there about PNAC. It's a neo-conservative group. And while most of us don't like their ideals, it does not make them some evil diabolical group just because they believe in hvaing a more global community (which is inevitable). And being conservative, of course they want to be at the top.

And I will stress once again, as was stated at that same time that the original quote was taken, that does not mean the money will never be accounted for. It just takes so long to get through the paper work that it takes several years to find out where it went. And Rummy's whole point was that he felt we needed to CHANGE the system to get rid of these problems because it can and has lead to fraud. If someone embezzles money, they won't be detected until years later due to all the red tape and outdated methods used for accounting.
