What is Your Definition of "Top Secret"?

One definition is in the USA Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms: "national security information or material which requires the highest degree of protection and the unauthorized disclosure of which could reasonably expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to national security."

I would define it as: any bit of language, material, or force that would reduce the average life expectancy of an individual, group, nation, or world, with unauthorized disclosure to another individual, group, nation, or world.

Naturally, if the revelation of the language, material, or force increased the average life expectancy of an individual, group, nation, and world it should be revealed.
