Somali immigrants passing through Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport are requesting that a private prayer room be set aside for Muslims only.
In addition, it was requested that the airport provide announcements and signs in Somali. Fuad Ali, a Somali leader who spoke at a joint meeting of
airport officials and community members Tuesday said "Where you have Christians and Muslims praying at the same time, it will create a problem."
Airport Officials however disagreed, and said if they did that for Muslims, they might have to do it for all religions, and suggested Muslims use the
same room that has always been available to all religions on the mezzanine level, which is near the entry to the F Concourse.

Somali immigrants passing through Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport want a private place to say Muslim prayers. The airport suggests they
share a room with people of other religions.
Like a new couple learning to dance, immigrants and their adopted countries often trip each other up, and the prayer-room issue is just one of the
latest tangles between Somali immigrants and other Minnesotans.
"Where you have Christians and Muslims praying at the same time, it will create a problem," said Fuad Ali, a Somali leader who spoke at a meeting of
community members and airport officials Tuesday in Minneapolis.

When will radical Muslims that follow Sharia law learn that you cannot demand that your religion be given a special privileges in the US, our
Constitution strictly prohibits mixing religion and politics. Why is that so hard to understand?
This is the third time in the past few months that Racial Muslims have riled the Minneapolis community. First Somali cabdrivers refused to carry
passengers who were carrying alcohol on their person, then the Imams tried to stage a protest in the airport and now they are demanding they get their
own special areas to pray. Sorry but I do not think so!
To all Radical Muslims in the US; if you have a problem with the laws in the US kindly do not let the door hit you on the way out of OUR country.
When in Rome you do as the Romans do.
Perhaps there may be a good side to all of this, it all has taken place in one area and perhaps they can sort this all out and set the precedent for
the rest of US that will prevent similar incidents in the future.
