I'm looking for a specific picture - please help!

I don't know how many people remember, but a while back there was a picture that would be repeatedly used on this site. I'm not sure who it was, but it was a very "gay" looking man who looked very excited, the background was multi-colored, and above it were the words "FABULOUS!" It was very funny, and I need it for something.
