How do I write a QUE file?

YES I have Googled it and nothing actually showing me how to write a que using notepad. I need a que for a bin/cue video, so I'll need to know the standard VCD parameters. I know with all the talent here at ATS someone will be able to educate me. Much appreciated, thank you who ever you are.

If I were you i'd start by going to the correct forum. Computer help has some seriously smart hombre's but it's in BTS and they probably won't see your post on ATS.
