At Sea, Underwater Sighting (Indian Ocean)

I noticed that you posted this in October 2003 on the Unexplained Mysteries forum and reported it in January 2004 to NUFORC... and Paranormal Explorers of Alaska as well, though I'm not sure whether the recorded date of May 15th 1995 was the reporting date or the date of the encounter. I also looked for the USNS Kane and found to have been gathering hydrographic and bathythermographc data in the Indian Ocean. So all in all, your account seems credible enough, but I have one question -why did you wait until 2003 to come forward with the story, assuming that the date recorded at Strange Alaska was the date of the encounter and not the report? Were you concerned about potential repercussions by the Dept of the Navy? Were you ever officially debriefed or made to believe that this was not to be shared with the general public?

Interesting how anyone posting a load of crystal-gripping hippie nonsense in the Alien and UFO section is met with page after page of responses from like-minded spiritual vibration experiencers, but a solid meat and potatoes UFO report goes largely ignored... in the UFO section.
