Seems that Pat Tillmis has died in Afganistan. He had turned down a multimillion-dollar contract to join the Army Rangers.

Too sad to be true. This man is a great person for serving his country in times of need. Although this makes him no different from the other soldiers dying everyday, but it does show the detirmination of the American people to stop terrorism.

His actions spoke of the man he was more than anything that the media can say. We have lost a great human being, one who put his concern for others before concerns about his own well being. I wish his family and friends well.
