It is part of a long-term plan but also it is manifest as an energy in everything they do.

To be honest, I have a hard time believing this. I looked at the 20, thought it was freaky. It would have a made a ton more sense if they were only on the new 20. However because it's on the old, which has been around a long time, it makes it a little more unbelievable. And who sat around all day, folding 20s to figure out this enigma? Or did the society time-release it so the smart ones in the general public would now?

I once folded a 10 dollar bill the same way you can fold a 20 to see the pictures, and let me tell you, either we have some wierd coincidences, or something else is on its way.
