While I was digging, I thought I would share this very intriging list of exspenses, have a look for yourselves.
This is just a revieled portion of FY2003

Figured you all should know, what the taxes are paying for.

And what might we the taxpayers be gettin' from all this, ahhh protection thats right, from ourselves I imagine cause I dont see none of that doin me any good! They need to quit spendin' my money to use against me!
