So long as the weapons came into the country legally by way of Canada, Mexico does not really matter where or to whom the go. Democrats, Republicans, Independent. You can say what you want to do with them but each persons action is there own. Would not be much different even if China did say they wanted them used to unseat the Democrats.

Which that is a very good explanation of why political parties should not be armed.

There have been political parties in the U.S. with a violent platform before.
