(named as such because it's cheap, healthy & ideal for throwing together after getting home from the gym)

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
Take some chicken breasts and throw them into a baking dish of some sort. Doesn't matter which kind, just as long as they're in 1 layer.
Put a couple drops of olive oil on each piece of chicken and smear around.
Dump some minced garlic on the chicken.
Raid the spice rack. I use - salt, pepper, dill, basil, oregano & cajun seasoning. Use whatever you want, but the dill really makes it good.
Take all your spices and make a good thick layer on the chicken. You could get all fancy and mix them together beforehand and do a "dry rub," but I just dump them on one at a time in random order. If you can see chicken skin after the spice part, you messed up. Put more on!
Cook for 30 minutes while you lie on the couch in pain.
Eat with baked sweet potatoes or white rice. Or both.

Your friends & family will think you spent hours and will want to know your secret. Mine always do.
Eat up.

Nice, I do something similar, but just slap the chicken breasts into the Foreman Grill....
