Tsunami on the Tsunami anniversary

7 point earthquake in Taiwan swayed giant buildings and delivered a 3 foot tsunami in the Philippines. Higher tsunamis are possible and are being watched for. It's at the anniversary of 'the big tsunami'. That's kind of creepy. (kinda like God saying - hey ... don't forget what can happen .. )
