Wow... THIS THREAD, along with the whole WilliPalooza episode are among the top ten reasons I KNOW my getting involved here at ATS, to the extent I have, was the RIGHT DECISION!

TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT and TO ALL MAY KNOWLEDGE BE MIGHT!

This is a fantastic expression of what Humanity is CAPABLE of.

If only Humanity, as a whole, would sideline the petty differences and nurture the COMMON THREADS between us like we do EVERY DAY ON ATS, man oh man what the WORLD could DO!.

All the best to you to MrWupy and all at ATS, God i love this place.
As our xmas day starts to draw to a close here in OZ and before the red wine takes control and i crash out on the lounge, have a great time all and most importantly a happy and safe new year.
Funny how you can count so many people as friends that youve never even met! That says so much about ATS.
Peace all.
Mojo.

Everyone is welcome to get in on this. The ATS family should be telling each other how much we appreciate each others company. Heck, I think we should be saying it more than once a year

I liked that statement.

Merry Christmas Springer, and the same goes for all the staff at ATS

Well that explains it. You do know that here in Amerika, we don't use our C's so flagrantly, and with good reason. I mean we say thinks like OK, but how would that sound if we said OC? And it would just ruin that whole I before E except after C rule that we have.

Thanks to the wonderment of technology and G-d's power to enable men and women to traverse the miles online, this has been one of my greatest holidays ever.

To me, holidays regardless of ones religion or background means a time of connecting with loved ones. I see technology as a blessing from G-d and it's power to bring people together around the world. It seems strange, but I notice the majority of people online around the globe put aside their differences, as we are joined by our commanalities. The internet has helped all of us to join hands across the globe, share ideas, and express ourselves and learn tolerance of others differences. You may get the odd one or two that try to use the net for abusive purposes, but the majority like on this forum are working towards a common goal which is simply 'The Truth'.

My day today consisted of having a lovely webchat with my folks and I had a webchat a couple of days ago with my whole family- it was like we were 3000 miles closer and not 3000 miles apart.

Also, I spoke to a good friend whom I met on a forum like this one. We have become such good friends that we ring each other pretty regular. We will be webchatting soon, once they sort it out. In the meantime I use the landline.

Basically, yes you must be cautious, but there are a number of genuine people that I have come across online. It is forums like ATS and other forums where sharing ideas brings us even closer together no matter how far apart we are in life.

I often see people in the streets when I am going shopping and ask myself if they are one of my faceless friends, or associates who I have met online. It is easy to forget that there is a real flesh and blood person on the other end of the computer dialouge.

I try and visualise what or whom I send an email. I check members photos just to remind me that I am emailing or writing a real person.

I am pleased to be a member of the ATS family and I enjoy the people I meet from all walks of life.

love, light and peace to all this day and everyday of the year

Good for you. I just had dinner with the family as well, which is always an adventure. Since I think our material has run its course, I will extend one more Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Bring on the new year.

Well, by now MrWupy and most other ATSers have survived Christmas relatives

I remember coming to ATS almost three years ago--is THAT possible.
Thanks for reminding me of that wonderful day Wupy

And thanks to all you other ATSers and staff and Amigos for making ATS what it is today, a great place to hang out. For a lot of different reasons.

You're right mrwupy, this community does indeed feel like family. Theres a few members that I haven't seen online lately, and I really get to missing them when they aren't around.

Merry Christmas to all, and I wish you all the best New year ever.

Nice Thread

Christmas is over for me, atleast for this year. It is close to midnight of the 25th and i'm about to go off to bed.

I am so grateful to every member who responded to this thread and made each of us a bit closer to one another.

You are the best Christmas present I have ever received.

Love and light my friends, and good night,

wupy

Aw Christmas is over....

But I'm still bloated and gassy...yet it's a happy cheerful yuletidely feeling, I'm sure much the same way elves feel after a night binging on marshmallows and candy corns.

I'm just ready to explode with holiday tidings...and stuffing...and short bread.

Since I really like the warm fuzzy vibe of el wupys thread I just figured I'd keep it going a little longer by ramping up new years tidings.

So Happy New year Mrwupy and everybody else.

Also thanks for your good wishes on a new year Hal, right back atya!

I'm taking the next week off and am going to be very lazy.

Hence conserving all of my energy for the coming new year.

Woo Hoo!
