Manchester United: Ji-Sung Park to Man United?

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is reported to be ready to make a suprise move for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ji-Sung Park. The Korean midfielder has received rave reviews following his Champions League exploits with PSV and Ferguson may see the versatile midfielder as an ideal part of his side next year, according to The Daily Mirror.

The 24-year-old can play in the centre of the field or out wide and will provide stiff competition for Ryan Giggs, Roy Keane and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The agent of PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ji-sung Park has confirmed Manchester United's interest in the South Korea international.


Ji-sung Park's agent Chiel Dekker told De Telegraaf: "Of course he wanted to extend his deal. But, when a club such as Manchester United approaches you, it will make you doubt. Such clubs will not come along every day."

i dont know this player, might have seen him play for PSV but dont really remember hehe..

that world cup a few years back now, the koreans playing had terrific energy levels and i think they where really adaptable.

PSV had a great run, and its saying he stood out for them, that in itself is saying he has talent and he is still young to an extent.

this would also be good for marketing, they could buy him and then the whole of korea sports fans, are going to buy man utd tops with this guys name on the back.

like i said, he will have energy and sometimes man utd miss something, i aint sure its that thought cos they have alot of players with energy but hes versatility will be really usefull

The difference is he is a very good player, very quick and lots of stamina, I think people who haven't seen him play will be very suprised.

I think the deal is done or nearly, looks like he will be going to Man U.
