Liverpool: Finnan arrested - death by dangerous driving?

Liverpool full back Steve Finnan has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The defender was involved in a collision in his black Range Rover which resulted in the death of a pensioner. The accident took place in the Tuebrook area of the city on January 27 and Harry Nelson, 81, died five weeks later in hospital having suffered serious head injuries in the collision.

They haven't released the details so I don't know exactly what happened. At the end of the day if he killed the guy because of dangerous driving then he should do time.
