Liverpool: Fergie praises Benitez

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has revealed he received a rather bizarre congratulatory note from Manchester United counterpart Sir Alex Ferguson after his side's UEFA Champions League success.

The Spaniard explained he had been inundated with correspondence following his team's dramatic triumph in Istanbul last month, but had been left slightly bemused by Ferguson's offering.
