Fulham: Brown to Fulham?

It looks like Fulham have won the race to land Tottenham midfielder Michael Brown. Spurs boss Martin Jol has recently reiterated his desire to keep Brown at White Hart Lane, with the player considered to be a more than capable performer when called upon. I thought he was ok and was doing alright at Spurs, but his chances have been a bit limited.
