Thanks man. But it's not like i'm doing any of the work I never work. I make my computers do everything for me.

I don't care about the ranking I just want to find the aliens, so I can beg them to take the Globalist pigs to mars.

Well, I was on the 2600 team, but there was nothing on the site that was actually connected to SETI....I mean, you had no idea and no way to communicate with the other members...this is much more "personable" in my opinion...on a SETI note...if you want to make SETI process faster, set it to always run, then change it from being your screen saver..I read somewhere that it takes 60% more processing power to make the graphics run....The best add-on in my opinion is "SETI Monitor", it gives you the ability to cache your WU's so if you dont have an "always on" internet connection, you can connect to the server and download multiple WU's...it gives you estimated times for the WU's, and gives you line graphs for all WU's, current WU's, or individual WU's, plus it gives you stats for your best peaks, triplets, pulses and gaussians...its well worth the download...you can get it here, also I downloaded an add-on not too long ago that converts your WU's into .WAV files so you can listen to them..cant remember where I got it from though...

I think part of the problem with not having many ATS members signing up is that a lot of us feel that SETI is superfluous and that ET visitation is already happening and being covered up. Which is why I won't be joining.

Fair comment heelstone and we respect your views.

Of course, SETI *might* produce *irrefutable* proof of eT, whereas, even now, there are doubts expressed as to the "reality" of ET via UFO's etc and these can - by and large - be "rubbished" by sceptics and the like. If we could *prove* that visitations are taking (and have taken) place, then it *might* be another story, although with SETI@home we're able to examine a whole piece of real estate "out there" (and possibly catch civilisations that, like *us*, are "intelligent" but simply unable to travel the vast distances between the stars at the moment).

51 more people signed up since this post started

that now makes 222 and counting....
14,060 wu's in little over a month from 44,813 to 58873.
Good jop people

Anyone else care to join in and help?

It would be pretty cool to see our name in the top 200 on the seti list. The number 200 on the list is at 241065 so with some more signups and number crushing we need a little less than 200,000

We can do it with a little help from more members. (if they actually contribute)
Here is the ranking for first place:
1) Team Ars Technica Lamb Chop 6823/members 14495908/wu's 15392.825 years 9 hr 18 min 07.2 sec

Locked and loaded. Work comp currently in use.

If I load the program at home, do I have to use a different email/username?

No, same account, different machine. Just log on under same name on both machines.

Thanx for the help!
