Newcastle United: Butt blow!

Newcastle have suffered a blow with the news that Nicky Butt could be out for up to six weeks.

The former Manchester United star has been diagnosed with tendinitis in his hamstring after a scan.

Butt has been struggling ever since his summer move from Old Trafford, but the problem has finally been diagnosed.

I bet they are gutted, they only just got him. I thought he was playing pretty good aswell..

yer. its a bad blow for them. although when butt was at man utd he wasnt in the same class as giggs beckham keane etc he still did a good job, maybe a bit undervalued to be honest. and with the junk fergie bought in djemba djemba and kleberson it was going to be so hard to give him games.
