Newcastle United: Kluivert set to return

Graeme Souness has revealed Holland international striker Patrick Kluivert is back in Newcastle United's squad to face Norwich in the Carling Cup.

The former Barcelona ace has been out of action since damaging a hamstring and has missed the recent clashes against Charlton and Manchester City.

However, Kluivert has recovered from the knock and could be set to return against The Canaries, with Alan Shearer possibly making way for the striker.

While Kluivert is ready to return, Souness has stated the third round Carling Cup clash has come too soon for England international Kieron Dyer.
