What am i missing?

I only just realised that there isn't a chit chat thingy anymore......or am i going blind?
I have a few thigs but the have no particular genre to go in and the chitchat was the best place to put them.
On a side note i will feel really dumb if it's there and i'm not seeing it.

Up at the very top, and mustard-colored tab that says "belowtopsecret.com" www.belowtopsecret.com... Your username and password for ATS functions just fine on BTS where you'll find our spun-off and expanded chit-chat board.
