Dutch keeper Harald Wapenaar has expressed frustration at Portsmouth's apparent unwillingness to allow him to leave on loan.
The angular custodian arrived last summer from Utrecht, with Pompey manager Harry Redknapp keen for him to put pressure on number one Shaka Hislop.
However, Wapenaar failed to prove himself to Redknapp and made just a handful of appearances.
Pompey are keen to remove Wapenaar's salary from the wage bill and a number of clubs have come forward with loan proposals, but the keeper claims the
South Coast outfit are not willing to absorb part of the cost.
