Middlesbrough have announced they will not be appealing against UEFA's decision to fine them 6,500 euros for their fans' 'improper conduct' in the
European tie away to Banik Ostrava.
On Friday, European football's governing body announced both clubs would be fined following crowd trouble in the UEFA Cup second round, second leg
tie.
Banik were fined 26,000 euros.
Home fans threw missiles from the stands and set off a pyrotechnic device after earlier clashing with travelling Boro supporters before the game.
Czech fans also directed racial abuse towards some Boro fans, for which Banik were also condemned.
They were found guilty of failing to take sufficient security and segregation measures, while Boro were fined for the improper conduct of supporters
who became embroiled in confrontations with opposition fans.
