European: Real want Zlatan

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent claims Real Madrid had a bid for the Swedish star rejected last week.

Juve paid Ajax just over £10 million for Ibrahimovic last summer and he has performed reasonably well - bagging 16 goals in Serie A and helping them to the league title.

Some in Italy suggested more could have been expected of Ibrahimovic and many would not have been expecting a bid from Real and certainly not one at the estimated €70 million it is claimed the Spaniards offered last week.

i think this guy is superb. when he was at ajax you could see he was different class.

he got loads of skill. he got loads of flair and he scores goals.

He is good but not worth that money, I'd definately take that bid.
