European: Valencia after Ranieri

Valencia directors flew out to London on Tuesday to hold talks with sacked Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri about the vacancy at the Mestalla Stadium, according to Spanish media reports.

Just 24 hours after Ranieri was dismissed by the London club it would appear he could now be set to return to his former club with whom he parted company in 1999.

The vacancy was created on Tuesday when Rafael Benitez announced he was quitting the Spanish champions with Liverpool thought to be his likely destination.

Well it wouldn't be a bad move for him but i think he is waiting on his payout from Chelsea.
