Coca-Cola Divisions: Sunderland sign Nosworthy

Nyron Nosworthy has completed his proposed move from Gillingham to Sunderland. The right back will compete with Stephen Wright for a first team slot after sealing a dream move to the Premiership new boys. With Mark Lynch released, The Black Cats are short on cover in that position and Mick McCarthy is looking to increase his numbers on Wearside after off-loading several players at the end of the successful promotion campaign.

isnt that a bit of a gamble for the premiership?

He is meant to be one of the better players outside of the prem, but wether he can make the step up is another matter.

i remember the name Stephen Wright, is thsi the one who played for Liverpool or the one who came from Scotland, i think played for Rangers for like 2 games?

if it is the latter, i reckon this new signing will walk straight into the team lol
