West Brom boss Bryan Robson is said to be one of a host of Premiership managers keeping a watchful eye on Newcastle United starlet Peter Ramage.
The 21-year-old defender is highly-rated but has not been able to fight his way into the Newcastle first team and has shunned the latest offer from the Geordies. Ramage, who is out of contract in the summer, is still believed to be considering his future but the Baggies are reported to face competition from Crystal Palace, Hibernian, Hearts and Dundee to sign him.
