Coca-Cola Divisions: Jim Smith Joins HR

Southampton have confirmed Jim Smith has finally joined the club as assistant manager to Harry Redknapp.

Smith was Redknapp's right-hand man at Portsmouth before they both quit the Fratton Park outfit last month.

The former Derby manager was on holiday in Dubai when Redknapp was appointed as Saints' boss but has now returned and the duo will resume their partnership.
