Boxing: Morales insists he's moving up in weight

By Salven L. Lagumbay: In a virtual final blow to whatever remains to hopes of a rematch between Erik "El Terrible" Morales and Manny Pacquiao, the Mexican gladiator yesterday reiterated his intention to move up into the bigger lightweight division to take on the biggest names available.

Yesterday, in an interview with Mexican website Box-Latino, the former 3-division world champ told Salvador Martinez that he is meeting with promoter Bob Arum in the next few days to formally discuss his intention of vying for the WBC lightweight title possibly against Diego Corrales.
