Boxing: Spinks v Judah II announced

The eagerly awaited rematch between undisputed world welterweight king Cory 'The Next Generation' Spinks and friend and bitter rival Zab Judah will be formally announced on Tuesday.

Don King, who promotes both men, has called a press conference for Tuesday 4 January at 12noon at the Savvis Center in the champ's hometown of St Louis.

The two rapid-fire southpaws will meet again on February 5. Their first encounter had a little of everything - hot-paced scientific boxing for 10 rounds then a heavy knockdown apiece in the championship rounds. Spinks was badly hurt at the final bell and although the two respect each other, a bit of needle has crept up on them as 'TNG' wasn't overly keen on the return bout.
