British welterweight champion David Barnes is confident he will beat James Hare in Halifax on 12 November.
It will be the Manchester fighter's third defence and a win will earn him ownership of the Lonsdale belt.
The 23-year-old said: "I have prepared for this fight like no other and firmly believe I will be the winner.
"I've watched Hare for a long time and know how to beat him. I'm looking forward to showing that I am the number one welterweight in Britain."
Barnes won the vacant title from Jimmy Vincent last July and is undefeated in 15 fights.
