Current WBO flyweight champion Omar Narváez from Argentina will see action following a long period of inactivity on Friday October 29 in a non title 10 round bout.
The former Olympian in Atlanta 1996 and Sidney 2000, will face familiar foe Wellington Vicente of Brazil at the Carlos Cerutti stadium in Córdoba, Argentina.
In his last fight on March 6, Narváez easily stopped another Brazilian Reginaldo Martins in a defense of his belt. Veteran Vicente with a presumably awful record of 6-7 (5) is a former IBF minumweight world title challenger and proved to be a decent competitor.
