Juan Manuel Marquez retained his WBO and IBF world featherweight titles with a unanimous points win over fellow Mexican Orlando Salido in Las Vegas.
The bout, which was on the undercard of the Bernard Hopkins-Oscar de la Hoya fight, was not a classic with both boxers unwilling to come forward.
The 31-year-old Marquez claimed both titles last year.
Victory over Salido was the second defence of his WBO crown and the third of his IBF title.
