Boxing: Calzaghe poised for Harrison bill

JOE Calzaghe's next fight will be in London in October - and he will share the spotlight with the long awaited heavyweight showdown between Audley Harrison and Matt Skelton.

The 32-year-old Newbridge southpaw will probably make a 15th defence of his WBO super-middleweight belt, with plans for a move into the light-heavy class seemingly on hold for the moment.

Calzaghe missed out on a shot at IBF king Glen Johnson when he had to pull out with a back injury and the Jamaican-American opted instead for a lucrative meeting with Roy Jones, Jr.
