Hector 'Macho' Camacho kept his dream of another world title shot alive Saturday night with a 10 round decision over Clint McNeil at Biloxi, Mississippi.
The 42-year-old Camacho, now 78-5-2, is targeting a fight with WBO junior middleweight champion Daniel Santos. The Macho Man is a former world champion at super-featherweight, lightweight and junior welterweight.
