Guyanese boxing great Patrick Ford is one of the few who believes Oscar De La Hoya has what it takes to upset Living Legend Middleweight ruler Bernard Hopkins in "The Fight of the Century" this September.
Ford, the first man from Guyana to fight for a world boxing championship (he lost a close 15 rd. decision in just his 16th pro fight at age 24 to all-time great WBC Featherweight champ Salvador Sanchez on September 13, 1980 in San Antonio, TX) says that Oscar can not only defeat "The Executioner", he may even make it look easy.
