World heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis is unlikely to fight again according to his trainer Emanuel Steward.

Lewis, 38, last entered the ring when he knocked out Vitali Klitschko in Los Angeles in June and Steward claims that could be his final appearance.

He should retire. After his poor performance against Klitschko he looked old to me in the ring. He should step aside and retire on top and let the next generation of Heavyweights step up and take the sport to the next level.

There is one Heavyweight I have my eye on and he seems really impresive. And that is Dominick Guinn. If he keeps it up he could be a future heavyweight title holder.

So you saying that he should reitre just cause he is 38? I mean Holyfield is still out there. It would be a different story if Lewis wasnt the champion but he is still the champion until he is defeated i dont think he should leave.

It has nothing to do with the fact that he's 38. Its the fact that he's loosing his touch. The fight against Vitali proved it. This is not the same Lennox Lewis of 5 years ago. He should retire at the top....as Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World.
