When you have it on your screen hit Print Screen above the delete key. Then open PAINT and paste it into the blank document. Then cut out all the other crap and leave just the South Park character. Then when you save it, save it as a
.JPG. Then you can just upload it onto your upload thing on ATS or you can upload it here.

Press Upload under the 'above top secret' link above. then Upload the picture you want, next, copy/paste the ATS link above in the little win you've opened, then, close the little upload window. After that press the monitor/paint icon next to the envelope in the area/thread that you are responding to, and then, copy/paste the link in and Voila, press OK
