I've been hooked on the UFC the past few months myself, they have some real wars. Of course I like all of the real violence but I also enjoy watching all of the different fighting styles combined, there are wrestlers, boxers, martial artists, and submissive experts and most do more than one well.

They are really hyping up the upcoming "Liddell-Couture 3", the rubber match between two of the best in the UFC for the light heavyweight championship.

If it hasnt been mentioned, here is the official UFC website......

By the way, thay have Fantasy UFC too.

I've been watching it for the last 6 months or so everytime its on. Before that, just every now and then. It has got me hooked aswell. They had some UFC53 highlights on tonight, just finished watching it. Andrei Arlovski was fighting Justin Eilers and he took him out big time.

I'm not sure if the Liddell fight will be on sky tv...

I am a huge fan of the UFC. I have seen almost all of the UFCs, including back to the days when there were no weight classes. On the last PPV they introduced Royce Gracie (considered a pioneer for UFC) and said he would be fighting again. I don't remember who he will fight but I think it might be Matt Hughes. (spelling may be wrong sorry) I am very excited for Liddell v. Couture 3. It is going to be sweet, these two guys are the Class of the UFC.

The Diaz v. Sanchez fight was one of the best fights I have seen. A lot of fans tuning in may have thought it was boring because most of the action was on the mat, but that is not the case. The grappling these guys displayed was unbelievable, Diego is a heck of a fighter and he beat an opponent that is a pretty good one also. Diaz has showed in the past that he can strike also, I would have liked to see those two tangle on their feet for a while, but like I said it was still a great fight.

Congrats Iceman, TKO in the second round. After the fight Randy Couture retired. He was a great fighter and will continue to be a great ambassador for the sport. Thanks for the memories Randy, I'll miss you.

Interesting altercation after the PPV last weekend....

After their entertaining battle that opened the show Saturday night at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, UFC Welterweight contenders Joe "Diesel" Riggs and Nick Diaz came to blows at a local Las Vegas hospital after their fight.

I highly reccomend checking out Royce Gracie's fights (there are some on youtube). He is a master of submission moves and pulls of things that will make your jaw drop. He also won UFC 1, 2, and 4, and fought to a draw against Ken Shamrock in UFC 5. Last I heard he is fighting Matt Hughes towards the end of May. It should be interesting, as Gracie is now 39 and Hughes is 32, so Hughes has that going for him, plus his record is 38-4.
