Looks like somebody doesn't know how to communicate properly.

Or, someone is trying to bring a message about the Hong Kong terrorist police organization, saying that they install some sort of brain device?

But, it doesn't look too credible, as most unusual information does.
I did a search on enaaaaa, and a whole bunch of stuff came up. It seems this message is in many forums. I don't know the credibility about it, but perhaps more is sure to come about this, if it's not some joke.

Looks like someone with too much time of their hands.
I dont see any viable information on that site.
Just a bunch of ramblings by someone with a yen for fun and quirky smiley faces.

I love it when Chinese try to speak or write English and they really haven't a clue what they are saying.

Mind you their english is far better than my Chinese would ever be...
